This few days has been a hectic days for me with BOSS around in the office! grrr... 7days straight of 'B' shift.starts from 1pm till 10.45pm.normal routine.always late.hehe.. reached at 1pm sharped! parked my bike senget-menyeget.rushed to locker and get changed.biaselah aku.takes 15mins just to bun up my unmanageable yet irritating hair.touch up and done. The moment i stepped into the office.."Fiqah!!!!" suara die jugak yg aku dgr dulu.siape lagik kalau bukan "LadyBoss".hairan lah.why izit a compulsory for her to shout uh?grrr... binget! fyi-tat is a must thing for my manager.die kalau tak pekik dari dlm office sampai ke frontdesk, tak SAH! "Fiqah..aku nak kau check knape guest nie tak byr? why no follow up? wat is marketing doing? go n send them emails!" grrrr... die pikir aku nie Tai Long kape? Relax..chill Fiq.I just concentrate on my task.and Done!Baru happy muke die. haiz...
Lady Boss and a Man Boss, which one?? Used to have Man Boss but he is too "Bo chap".He simply dun care about the staff.Always out of office for a meeting.Padahal,gi dating!He is good in a way that he is not demanding and not naggy unlike Lady Boss.My current Boss now is so so naggy.You can't even say NO to her cause the more NO you give her, the more difficult our life is.haha...nasib ku mcm kentang.Really pity my team.We've gone thru lots of difficulties.From shortage of staff to long working hours to a 1 off day per week when we're supposed to have 2 off days a week and the very recent one..no claiming off overtime.will have to subtitute to time off claim.well... what to do, it's a downturn.it is good enough that Far East Organization did not cut our pay or even worst, retrenchment.*sigh*Thank God.It's just all these drastic changes that requires lots of patience and time for us to overcome.
Tapi, sejahat-jahat and sebising-bising tat Lady Boss pun, ade baik nyer.. She nominated me as the Employee of the Month for October. Alesssmak! tak leh angkat siol! Miracle. See! the person i dislike so much, nominated me. hahaha....it was an unbelievable seh. As a result of her comment to HR about me, $300 was credited to my salary... Anyway, thanks to her.*roll eyes* ishk! jahat nyer aku... ;D What i've learned is... Don't judge a book by it's cover... hehe... *winkx* so Fiqah, must be good girl at work ok! Dun argue with Boss! haha....
